Hockey Camps

Hutchinson Youth Hockey
SECTION 1: 1. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO HHA FAMILY MEMBERS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WHEN A LETTER THAT HAS BEEN SIGNED AND DATED BY THE FAMILY STATING THEIR INTENT TO LEAVE THE TEAM AND OR ASSOCIATION PERMANENTLY HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, OR THE FAMILY HAS RECEIVED FORMAL NOTIFICATION THAT THE PLAYER WILL NOT HAVE A POSITION ON ONE OF THE HHA TEAMS. SECTION 2: 1. If the player has not participated in any HHA activities a. Registration fees will be refunded in full for the season when the original checks have cleared b. Fundraising fees will be refunded in full if all fundraising items are returned in original condition or if the buyout option was used. Exception: once food items have been distributed to individuals they cannot be legally returned and must remain the responsibility of the member. c. Concession Stand obligations will be canceled 2. If a player has participated in tryouts or initiation skates and has not participated in any practices or games a. This includes players who have participated in tryouts, but for whom HHA does not have a team for them to play on. b. Tryout fees will not be refunded for any player who participates in a minimum of one tryout session. c. Registration fees will be refunded with the following conditions: i. USA and MN Hockey fees that were required for participation in tryouts and skates will be subtracted. ii. All HHA equipment has been returned to HHA in good condition. iii. Any outstanding negative balance to HHA will be subtracted. iv. All original checks have cleared. d. Fundraising responsibilities will remain the responsibility of the member e. Concession Stand obligations will be canceled for that player.
